They're really friendly and communicative, and have always dealt with (the very few) repairs or problems in a generous and timely manner. It's been the best experience I've ever had with a letting agent.

Having dealt with many agents who are all lazy, rude, unresponsive and unreliable - these guys absolutely knock spots off every single one. They are without doubt exceptional. I would (and do) recommend them always, and no one has ever been disappointed with their service. I know this as we, as a family, have used MBL estates over some near 20 years. As a family run business their customer care service is fantastic, sensible, responsive and extremely reliable. They have always been on hand to give fair prices and fees, and we know we can 100% trust them, their workers, and the work that they organise to get done.

Rented in South London, and MBL were fantastic from start to finish. Were quicnk to respond when anythig needed fixing, and were always quick to answer any of our queries. Staff are very polite and professional, and were very supportive during the peak of Covid.
