As a company all client money is held in trust named accounts and protected.
We are only paid monthly for the service we provide, finding tenants, rent collection and management. Our standard monthly fee is 14% VAT. There are no upfront fees, we are only paid monthly as the Tenancy progresses.
We do not charge for routine inspections, or pass on any administrative charges from individual trades people on paying invoices received for property repairs. This includes Gas Safety Inspections, Electrical Inspections and any other regulated requirements.
